The Cure

The cure begins on Highway 68 as it winds into the Cherokee National Forest. Cell service starts to fade and so do your worries.

The Arrival

Pavement ends. Quiet begins. The canopy narrows. Then it opens up at the top of a long uphill driveway. No paved parking lots. No neighbors nearby. Just 11 acres of private wilderness waiting for you.

A Backwards Welcome

We do things a little differently here. Our "front" porch is actually around the back. Why? Because that's where the best views are.

The Gathering Table

Step foot inside and you'll meet this old table. It's the best spot for spreadin' out trail maps, playin' a hand of cards, or pullin' up a chair for a hearty family meal.

Ms. Amanda's Kitchen

No tiny, cramped kitchenette here. Ms. Amanda loves feeding a big crew and makes sure there's everything you need for cookin' except the groceries.

Your Private Trailhead

Skip a crowded parking lot staging area. Lube the chain, dial in your suspension, and drop directly into the rugged terrain right from the driveway.

The Hearth

Leave your splitting ax in the truck. Just push the magic button on them gas logs and practice your best lumberjack squint when the fire instantly roars to life. We won't tell a soul you didn't chop the kindling.

Family Room

Built by hand and sturdy enough for proppin' your boots up and divin' into a good book. Now, we ain't completely primitive. There's a TV if you fancy a show, and that little Alexa box will pipe in whatever tunes you're partial to.

Handy Washroom

Off the family room is a rustic half-bath so you ain't gotta wander far from the fireplace when nature calls.

Cabin Keeper's Suite

Claim the best room in the house. With the en suite bathroom, you'll find mountain comfort and rest well on premium bedding.

The Deep Soak

After a long day, this soaking tub is great. We wired up a mess of different lightin' options in here, too. Dial 'em down low and soft, sink into that hot water, and let the stress fade clear away.

Hollar Hideaway

Unique antique and woodland decor for a cozy, country feel. It's the perfect spot to drift off in the quiet soul of the hollow.

The Wash-Up Station

An honest space to get the mud off. This 2nd full bath features a tile shower and full-size laundry behind the louvers. Country function meets cabin comfort.

Squirrel's Nest Loft

Perched high in the pine, this is the ultimate kids zone. With twin beds and its own dedicated climate, there's plenty of room to make memories in the cozy, wood-wrapped sanctuary that feels like a treehouse.

Just minutes from our front door, the Ocoee serves up world-class whitewater adventure. This is where the mountain air meets the river's roar. Then come home to the cabin and swap stories by the fire.
